We boosted EIT Food's efforts in addressing urgent grain transport challenges by devising a swift strategic solution to meet their needs.
🏁 THE CHALLENGE
EIT Food launched a critical initiative to address the impact of the Russian invasion on grain exports from Ukraine. Tasked by the Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture, EIT Food sought to develop a feasible grain transport system to ensure continuity in grain exports.
With a tight deadline of just over one month, the campaign needed swift operationalisation while targeting specific audience segments. Despite limited expertise in grain transport, EIT Food aimed to engage relevant stakeholders effectively.

Acknowledging the constraints of a traditional paid campaign within the context of a target audience of less than 1,000 people, we identified the importance of precision outreach.
